RB Leipzig and Markus Krösche terminate contract by mutual agreement

Sporting director to leave Red Bulls after two years at the end of the season

After intensive discussions regarding the club's future, RB Leipzig and sporting director Markus Krösche have mutually come to the decision to end their collaboration and terminate Krösche's contract by mutual agreement at the end of the 2020/21 season. The contract originally ran until 2022.
RB Leipzig expressly thank Markus Krösche for the successful time together and wish him all the best for the future.
The conditions and other details of the termination will not be disclosed.
