6-2 win against BVB

eFootball tournament with 26 clubs from Germany's top two tiers | Nordi Mukiele and fan Ajdin Islamovic beat Borussia Dortmund by a total score of 6-2 on matchday 3

On-field action in Bundesliga remains on hold for the foreseeable future, so yesterday (11/04), we once again took to the console for a Bundesliga Home Challenge fixture. On matchday three of the competition, 26 clubs from the top two tiers of German football, represented by some big names in the professional game, took part.

For the Bulls, it meant an encounter with none other than Borussia Dortmund. Representing Leipzig was defensive all-rounder Nordi Mukiele, whose game with Dortmund defender Leonardo Balerdi produced an absolute spectacle! From 2-0 down, Mukiele fought back and grabbed a winner in injury time to win 3-2.

Rather than nominating a pro eSports player, RBL instead nominated fan Ajdin Islamovic, who qualified through Leipzig's own FIFA tournament. He went up against Erné Embeli, and came through with a comfortable 3-0 victory.

The total score read 6-2 to Leipzig, in what was a thoroughly enjoyable encounter with BVB.
