Timo Werner:

The Germany national team played two matches in the international break. On Thursday, they welcomed France to Munich to play their first match in the UEFA Nations League, before welcoming Peru in a friendly on Sunday in Sinsheim.

Timo Werner put in a solid performance as he played the full 90 minutes against France. He also started in the 2-1 friendly victory over Peru before being substituted shortly before the end of the match.

Yussuf poulsen:

Dane Yussuf Poulsen helped his side to a 2-0 home win over Wales in the UEFA Nations League on Sunday, playing for 86 minutes.

Peter Gulácsi:

The RBL goalkeeper has been in action for Hungary in the UEFA Nations League. He played the full match as Hungary fell to a 1-0 defeat to Finland in their opening match. Gulácsi then took on Greece in Hungary's second UEFA Nations League match on Tuesday, securing a 2-1 victory.

Marcel Sabitzer &
Stefan Ilsanker:

The Austrian national team began the international break with a 2-0 win over Sweden in a friendly in Vienna. Stefan Ilsanker played the full match while Marcel Sabitzer came off the bench in the 65th minute.

On Tuesday, both were involved in Austria's opening UEFA Nations League match against Bosnia and Herzegovina. Ilsanker started and Sabitzer came off the bench, but unfortunately Austria were defeated 1-0.

Kevin Kampl:

Kevin Kampl played as Slovenia fell to a 2-1 UEFA Nations League defeat to Bulgaria. Since this match, Kampl has withdrawn from the Slovenia squad due to an ankle problem.

Yvon Mvogo:

Switzerland comfortably won their opening UEFA Nations League match 6-0 against Iceland. Yvon didn’t feature in the victory, and was again an unused substitute in Switzerland's 1-0 friendly loss to England.

Bruma:

The winger started for Portugal in a 1-1 friendly draw against World Cup runners-up Croatia on Thursday, playing for 69 minutes. He was in action again on Monday, bagging an assist in Portugal's 1-0 victory over italy in their UEFA Nations League opener.

Lukas klostermann:

Our defender captained the Germany U21s for their 3-0 win against Mexico in a friendly in Fürth on Friday. Klostermann again captained the team in their 6-0 thrashing of Ireland in a UEFA European Championship qualifier on Tuesday.

Dayot Upamecano:

Upamecano played for the full 90 minutes as France U21s secured their place at next year’s UEFA U21s European Championships with a 1-0 win in Bulgaria. He sat on the bench as the France U21s defeated Luxembourg's U21s 2-0 on Tuesday.

Niclas Stierlin will join up with the Germany youth team.

Another seven players have been picked to play for Germany's youth teams:

Julian Krahl and Niclas Stierlin were selected for the Germany U19s for their friendly against Slovakia.

Tim Schreiber, Dennis Borkowski and Joscha Wosz joined up with the Germany U17s for their games against Italy, Israel and the Netherlands.

Julius Pfennig and Luis Klein have both been called up for the the Germany U16s.

Other national youth team call-ups:

Matheus Cunha has been in action for the Brazil U20s, playing in their 1-0 victory over Mexico on Thursday. He also scored in a 1-1 draw against Japan on Monday.

Matt Bondswell has been playing for the England U17s in the Syrenka Cup. England beat Norway in a 6-0 victory on Friday, before going on to win against Portugal 2-1 on Sunday. On Tuesday, Matt featured as England beat Belgium 6-2 in a dominant display to win the trophy.
