"Finally we get our reward away from home"

Reaction and thoughts from Ralph Hasenhüttl, Willi Orban, Yussuf Poulsen and Konrad Laimer after the 3-2 away in Hannover

Ralph Hasenhüttl:

The three points are massively important for us and I'm glad we have been rewarded for our efforts away from home. We are fully aware however that we will need to be stronger at the back in the coming weeks. It seems to happen too often that we go in front but then get pegged back, which throws the cat amongst the pigeons.

"Hannover made the best of their chances and put us under pressure. It was really hectic for a while but then we composed ourselves and got the result we wanted. In the end it was all smiles."

Willi Orban:

We played really well in the first 60 minutes and kept Hannover under control. We didn't want to make it that exciting at the finish. We lost the ball too easily, which allowed them back into the game. We missed the coolness we had in the first half. We should've done better and put a few more of our chances away just to sure up the three points earlier."

Yussuf Poulsen:

Well I think we need to go back an analyse that! We played really well for 60 minutes but we needed to kill the game off when we made it 3-1. We didn't manage to do so and then they started to fight back, which put us under pressure. But overall it was a good performance and we should be pleased with the three points."

Konrad Laimer:

Today we had our first bit of luck with the video referees and we will gladly take the three points back with us. We would've loved for it to be a bit more clear-cut especially when Yussuf fired our third in. We need to be more intelligent in the future. From the off we didn't give them any room but then in the second half we let off and everything got a bit more hectic."
