From now on: Buying tickets has never been easier! We launched the RBLogin in the online ticket shop (, as well as on our website ( The RBLogin is a uniform user account, which will provide you access to all of RB Leipzig's services.

    With a combination of email and password, you can conveniently register for all of RB Leipzig's services. 
  • Your tickets 
    Whether season tickets, matchday tickets or stadium tours, you can now only buy your tickets by using the RBLogin. 
  • Cashless Payment balance 
    Just enter your Cashless Payment card ID within your profile and keep track of your balance at all times. 
  • Your data 
    You choose which data you want to share with us. 
  • Create your own locker room look within the fan portal 
    Design and create your own locker room and choose your favoruite player and jersey number. 
  • Exclusive content 
    Get a complete overview of upcoming matchdays, merchandise promotions and competitions.

Why am I not able to log in with my data?

From now on, you can register with your RBLogin. If you would like to log in, please use the combinaton of your personal email address and password.

If you haven't used your user data for a a long time, we kindly ask you to reset your password as soon as the RBLogin becomes available.

Please note that you will not be able to log in with your T...*** customer number anymore. Your customer number can be found on the invoices from matchday tickets or on your season ticket.

Why does my name does not fit on my jersey in the virtual locker room?

You can currently only add names with a maximum of 12 characters.

Am I able to choose which topics I receive information about?

You can currently register for the RB Leipzig ticketing newsletter, where we keep you regularly informed about tickets, competitions and fan merchandise.

Am I allowed to use my email address to set up multiple user accounts?

No. For privacy reasons, every account is unique, which means that an email address may only be used for one account.

If your email address has already been registered, please register again. Choose a different email address and create a new password.

Where can I edit my profile?

You can log into our website with your RBLogin in the upper right-hand corner. In the locker room, there is the "Edit profile" section. Not only can you edit your personal data, you can also subscribe to and unsubscribe from the RB Leipzig newsletter and manage the balance of your Cashless Payment card. You can also edit your favorite player and the jersey number in your locker room at any time.

Alternatively, you can edit your user data in the profile section of the ticket shop. Go to and log in with your RBLogin data. Click on your name and then on "Profile". You can now change your address and contact details.

Where can I register for the RB Leipzig newsletter?

Go to our website and log in with your RBLogin. Click on "Locker room" in the top-right corner. You will be forwarded directly to your locker room. Now click on "Edit profile", and in the "Communication" section, you can register for the RB Leipzig newsletter.

After registering for the newsletter, please go to "Consent" and agree to the "Marketing consent". In the next few minutes, you will receive an email from RB Leipzig. Please click on the link within the email to confirm your newsletter subscription. Now you have successfully registered.

Does my registration result in any costs?

No. Access to the fan portal, the ticket shop and all other services with the help of your RBLogin is a free service offered by RB Leipzig. Setting up your RBLogin is free of charge.

I forgot my password. How can I request a new password?

No problem, you can always request a new password. Go to our website or to the ticket shop and click on the RBLogin in the upper right-hand corner. There you will find "Forgot password". Click on this link and enter your email address. Then you will receive an email from RB Leipzig. Please click on the link within the email. You will now be forwarded directly to a landing page where you can set your new password.
